I built a food ordering app for La Nonna, a local pizzeria. Customers can browse the full menu by category, check out promotions, and place their order directly through WhatsApp. The owner receives every order in one place, ready to manage without phone calls or third-party commissions.

Problem

The owner was tied to the phone all day taking orders by call, unable to manage them in an organized way. Meanwhile, delivery platforms like PedidosYa charged around 30 % per order, eating into already thin margins.

Solution

A mobile-first food ordering app with menu categories, promotions, and a direct WhatsApp ordering flow. Customers browse the menu, pick what they want, and the order arrives as a structured WhatsApp message. No app download, no middleman.

Outcome

Orders now arrive organized through WhatsApp instead of scattered phone calls. The owner manages everything from one place, and every sale stays commission-free.
