I built a real-time pricing automation bot for Binance P2P ads. The bot centralizes competitor monitoring, currency conversions, and automatic repricing rules so buy and sell ads stay competitive in both directions without constant manual updates
Problem
Operations staff had to update ad prices manually every few minutes, and it was impossible to maintain strong competitiveness because merchants could turn on ads, jump to first positions, and quickly capture traffic, causing missed opportunities to buy and sell
Solution
Develop an automated pricing bot that continuously scans competitor ads, ranks them by market and currency, and updates multiple ads in both directions buy and sell with configurable rules, price floors, and profit protection
Results
Automation drove a 200% increase in weekly orders from 100 to 300, tripled operational throughput, and cut average waiting times by 45% by enabling a much higher repricing cadence for operators
Learnings
Separating data collection, pricing rules, and order execution made the system easier to scale, and new currencies and additional ad groups can be enabled without reworking the whole bot
